BIO:
Jason Carr grew up in rural Missouri, where farm life instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and service that continue to shape his career today. He began his professional journey in 2005 as a law enforcement officer, serving his community while simultaneously earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Jason also served for 14 years as an commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve Military Police Corps, where he developed extensive leadership and operational experience.
After relocating to Colorado in 2018, Jason transitioned into the insurance industry, where he worked as a claims adjuster across multiple lines, including auto, homeowner’s liability, and first-party homeowner claims. This experience provided him with a comprehensive
understanding of complex claim handling, policy interpretation, and client advocacy. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, he served as a board member of the DU Law Chapter of the Student Veterans Association
and volunteered with the Tribal Wills Program, assisting underserved communities with essential estate planning services.
Outside of his professional life, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors with his family through camping, hiking, and kayaking. He also enjoys hunting and fishing when the opportunity arises. A passionate barbeque enthusiast, Jason also enjoys competing in barbeque competitions both locally in Colorado and back in his home state of Missouri.
