An individual was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident that occurred during the early morning hours of Wednesday May 1, 2019.
Serious Injuries
According to an article from ABC 7 a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle around 5 a.m. at the intersection of Holly Street and Evans Avenue and is considered by Denver Police to have serious injuries.
Investigation Underway
Denver Police are still looking for the driver of the vehicle which is described by investigators to be an early 2000’s sedan model of either tan or gold color. The driver of the vehicle is a female.
The intersection was closed until around 6:35 a.m. to allow the investigation to begin.
