Walter Booth - Boesen Law

Attorney Bio

Before joining Boesen Law, Walter represented clients in Colorado dependency and neglect
proceedings, where he gained hands-on litigation experience appearing in court, drafting
pleadings and motions, and counseling clients through difficult and highly personal legal
matters. He also worked in government relations with the ASPCA and in the Colorado General
Assembly with the Office of Representative Manny Rutinel. His policy work included animal
welfare, housing, and artificial intelligence regulation.

Walter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He
graduated with honors from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor of Arts in
Theatre, Film, and Television.

Outside of work, Walter enjoys spending time with his family and performing improvisational
comedy.
